A Basic Information will be asked to be mailed like:

1. Your Company Logo
2. You’re Customer Care No. Which you want to be displayed to your customers
3. You’re Default Point of Contact Email Address.

All this setting will be done to your affiliate account before the training so in the training section you will be having a live site with you.

On a scheduled date of training you should have following things ready:

1. A computer with broadband connection.
2. Free Version of TeamViewer installed.
3. A person having a basic knowledge of computer and English.
